Food

You all know that we love to eat.  We love to eat good food.  And we love to eat locally produced food.  Our September wedding is the perfect time to celebrate all the great food that grows in Western Massachusetts.

You can see that just about every kind of food will be fresh and available in September.  That’s why our wedding has a harvest theme.

Camp Kinderland is providing meals and snacks throughout the weekend.  They are working on finding local food vendors to make the food they provide as local and fresh as possible.  We are doing our best to plan meals that will satisfy everyone – with optional vegan and gluten-free foods for those that need them.  But if you have special dietary needs or have kids with special dietary needs, you can bring food and store it in the camp kitchen.  You can use the camp kitchen to prepare your meals if you like.

We will provide beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the weekend with one special cocktail at the Cocktail Hour and Reception.  If you want to have liquor on hand, you should bring it.

The reception cocktail hour and dinner will be catered by Lone Wolf Catering.  Chef Rob Watson owns a brunch restaurant in Amherst, MA and also does catering.  He worked with us to design a menu around the fall harvest.

We will not be assigning seats for dinner. We encourage all of our guests to sit with people they have not met and maybe make some friends.
